Closet Organizer with Drawers: Two Listings With Stated Drawer Specs
A closet organizer with drawers is a unit that stores folded items in pull-out compartments instead of open shelves. The drawers keep sweaters, socks and small items out of sight, but they also add weight and a tip risk. This guide looks at the two listings we found that describe real drawers, and shows the load and size figures each one states. Only two listings qualified, so this is a short comparison, not a full market view.
Quick answer
- The Golpart rack lists four fabric drawers with handles, plus eight adjustable wire shelves and hanging bars. It states a 900 lb overall load.
- The BOLUO unit lists two fabric drawers per unit in a 2-pack. It states 13 lbs per drawer and 35 lbs on the top.
- Neither listing states anti-tip hardware, and neither states a per-drawer figure for the Golpart unit.
- Choose the Golpart type if you need a tall unit with hanging space. Choose the BOLUO type if you need a low, stackable pair for smaller items.
What “drawer” means in these listings
The word drawer covers two different designs here. The Golpart listing describes fabric drawers with handles that sit inside a metal wardrobe frame. The BOLUO listing describes stackable folding fabric drawers on a wood top and metal frame, sold as a 2-pack.
Several other listings use the phrase closet organizer with drawers loosely. We left those out, as explained below.
Reading the load figures
The two listings state load figures on different bases, and the difference matters when you fill drawers. The BOLUO figures are per drawer and per top: each drawer supports up to 13 lbs, and the top supports up to 35 lbs. The listing does not say how those two figures combine, so this post does not add them together.
The Golpart figures are overall and per fitting: 900 lbs overall, 80 lbs per hanging rod and 20 lbs per side hook. The listing gives no per-drawer figure, so the limit for each Golpart drawer is not stated. Treat the 900 lb total as the limit for the whole frame, not for any single drawer.
In practice, keep the heaviest items on the BOLUO top or in the Golpart hanging space rather than in a drawer, unless the drawer load is well under the listed number. Weighing a full drawer on a bathroom scale is a simple check you can make before you rely on it. That check is your own, not a test result from this post.
Stated figures at a glance
The table uses only the columns the listings state. “Not stated” means the listing text we captured does not give that figure.
| Listing | Type | Drawers | Stated capacity | Stated size (as listed) | Anti-tip |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Golpart heavy duty clothes rack (B0C77XTDCB) | Metal wardrobe rack with wire shelves | 4 fabric drawers with handles | 900 lbs overall; 80 lbs per hanging rod; 20 lbs per side hook; per-drawer not stated | 15.75 in D; 61 in W (overview) or 62.5 in W (bullets); 76.75 in H or 76.37 in H | Not stated |
| BOLUO stackable fabric drawers (B0DCBCB1XL) | Stackable 2-drawer fabric unit, 2-pack | 2 large folding fabric drawers per unit | 13 lbs per drawer; 35 lbs on top | 15.7 in D x 21.1 in W x 16.1 in H | Not stated |
Product spec blocks

Checklist before you buy
- Work out the weight of the heaviest drawer load you plan to use. The BOLUO listing gives 13 lbs per drawer, so a drawer full of books would exceed it.
- Decide whether you need hanging space. The Golpart unit has hanging bars, and the BOLUO unit does not state any.
- Measure the closet floor and the height you need. The Golpart unit is listed at about 76 in tall, and the BOLUO unit at 16.1 in.
- Check the listing for anti-tip hardware before you place the unit against a wall, and plan to anchor it.
- If you plan to stack units, confirm the stacking method in the listing. BOLUO says to use the rubber pads included.
Mistakes to avoid
- Loading a 13 lb drawer like a bin. The BOLUO listing caps each drawer at 13 lbs, so keep heavy items out of the drawers.
- Using the 900 lb Golpart figure as a drawer figure. The listing gives 900 lbs overall, 80 lbs per hanging rod and 20 lbs per side hook. It does not state a per-drawer load.
- Trusting one height. The Golpart listing gives two heights, 76.75 in and 76.37 in. Leave clearance above the unit.
- Leaving a tall unit unanchored. The CPSC AnchorIt.gov campaign states: “New furniture, such as dressers, are sold with anti-tip devices. Install them right away.” Neither listing states anti-tip hardware, so confirm what is in the box.
How we chose
We read the Amazon search results for “closet organizer with drawers” on 2026-10-28. We considered five listings. We kept a listing only if its stated features include drawers.
We left out three. The VIPEK X20 expandable rack in white (B0F296YFTP) lists 2 shelves and 2 hanging rods, and no drawers. The SNSLXH closet storage bins (B0HLG4L7ZS) say their bins “can only be pulled out up to halfway, so they do not slide out fully like a drawer.” The SONGMICS wardrobe (B0DK8MPRGG) lists 5 hanging rails and 6 storage shelves, and no drawers. Those three are closet storage, but not drawer units.
Criteria: a stated drawer count, a stated load limit (per drawer, per unit or overall), a stated size, and a stated anti-tip or mounting note. Where a field is missing, the table says “not stated.” We did not rank the two options on performance, and this post makes no ranking claim.
What we could not verify
- Per-drawer capacity for the Golpart unit.
- Anti-tip hardware for either unit. Neither listing states it.
- Whether the drawers slide smoothly or stay on their tracks under load. The listing text does not describe the slides.
- Durability of fabric drawers over repeated use. The sources we opened do not cover it.
- Current price and availability, which were not recorded.
Frequently asked questions
How many drawers does a closet organizer with drawers usually have?
The two listings differ. The Golpart rack lists 4 fabric drawers with handles. The BOLUO unit lists 2 large folding fabric drawers per unit, sold as a 2-pack.
How much weight can a fabric drawer hold?
The BOLUO listing says each drawer supports up to 13 lbs and the top supports up to 35 lbs. The Golpart listing states a 900 lb overall load and 80 lbs per hanging rod, but it does not state a per-drawer figure.
Do these organizers need to be anchored?
Neither listing states anti-tip hardware. The CPSC AnchorIt.gov campaign says new furniture such as dressers is sold with anti-tip devices and that they should be installed right away. Check your unit and anchor any tall one.
Are the dimensions consistent?
Not fully. The Golpart overview gives 61 inches wide, while its bullets give 62.5 inches. Its height also appears as 76.75 inches and 76.37 inches. Measure before you order.
Why were only two listings included?
We read five listings. Three were left out because the listing text does not describe drawers, or describes bins that pull out only halfway. Two describe drawers, so this comparison is short.
