Spice Organizers for Cabinets, Drawers and Counters
Disclosure: As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
A spice organizer is a rack, tray or insert that holds spice jars so each label can be read at a glance. The person typing spice organizer usually wants to know which type fits the space they have: a cabinet with a door, a drawer, or a counter. This guide compares ten spice organizers from listing data recorded on 2026-10-27. It repeats what each listing states, shows where two listings disagree, and names what the listings leave out.
Quick answer
- For a cabinet with a door and room for a sliding unit, the DABIGE and SpaceAid pull-outs are the two options in this set. Both listings give a cabinet size you must meet, and the figures differ, so measure first.
- For a drawer, the SpaceAid insert says the drawer must be at least 3 inches deep. The MIUKAA insert says the drawer must be deeper than 4 inches. These two listings disagree, and we show both figures rather than pick one.
- For a counter or a turning tray, the LAMU lazy Susan is the only turntable here, and its listing states a 33 pound recommended maximum without saying whether that applies per tier or to the whole unit.
- Only five listings state a weight figure. Most do not, and this guide does not assume one.
How we chose
We worked from one source: the listing data recorded in research/spice-organizer.json on 2026-10-27. That file holds 12 products. We kept ten. We left out two. One is a cupcake display riser whose bullets describe display use, not spice storage. The other is a Moforoco over-the-door unit whose material fields hold a sentence about measuring the door rather than a material, so its material is not captured. We kept the other Moforoco over-the-door listing, because its material field is filled in.
We did not rank these organizers. Each one fills a different kind of space, so a single order would mislead. Each product section repeats the listing’s own figures and then says when the product fits and where its listing is thin.
Comparison table (listing specs, checked 2026-10-27)
Each cell repeats a figure from the listing. “Not stated” means the listing gives no figure for that item.

Product notes, one by one
Each note uses three parts: the listing’s own figures, a line on when the product fits, and a line on its limit. Where a figure is missing, the note says so.
DABIGE Pull-Out Spice Rack Organizer, 2-tier (B0CSFM5X73)
- The listing says: a sliding shelf made of metal and plastic, black, 10.4 inches deep, 4.3 inches wide, 8.5 inches high, with 2 shelves.
- The listing says: the cabinet must be at least 12 inches high, 11 inches deep and 5 inches wide. The bullet asks you to measure first.
- The listing says: installation uses 4 screws and a step-by-step video. Ball bearings give the slide action, and guardrails hold jars on the basket.
- The listing says: the item weighs 4.4 pounds. The title says 3 packs, while the package field says 1 top basket. Confirm the count before you buy.
- The listing says: a 365-day warranty covers defective parts. We did not verify this beyond the listing’s wording.
Skip if your cabinet is smaller than the minimum above, or if you need a fixed shelf. Limitation: the bullet gives a slide-out size of 4.4 by 10.5 by 8.0 inches, which differs from the spec’s 4.3 by 10.4 by 8.5 inches.
Zri Bamboo 3-Tier Expandable Spice Organizer (B07R4H5J2C)
- The listing says: bamboo, 3 tiers, 7.7 inches deep, 22.2 inches wide and 4.29 inches high at full extension. It expands to 12.70 to 22.20 inches long.
- The listing says: place it horizontally in the cabinet, because the shelf depth is 2.28 to 2.56 inches. Do not place it vertically.
- The listing says: mounting is countertop or under cabinet, and the recommended use is spices.
- The listing says: weight capacity is 14.4 ounces, with no note on whether that means one shelf or the whole unit.
- The listing says: wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not put it in a dishwasher or submerge it.
Skip if your jars are wider than the 2.28 to 2.56 inch shelf depth. Limitation: the listing does not say whether the 14.4 ounce figure refers to one shelf or the whole unit.
SpaceAid Bamboo Pull-Out Spice Organizer (B0F8NGPH76)
- The listing says: bamboo, natural finish, 10.6 inches deep, 7.6 inches wide, 9.6 inches high. It is a sliding shelf mounted in a cabinet.
- The listing says: it is recommended for a cabinet about 12 inches tall and 10.60 inches deep. Measure the interior first.
- The listing says: ball-bearing glides and full-extension rails give access to the full rack, and the bottom panel clears a cabinet lip.
- The listing says: all hardware is included, along with a screwdriver. The item needs assembly.
- The listing says: the item weighs 2.96 kilograms. The recommended use is food.
Skip if your cabinet is shorter than about 12 inches or shallower than about 10.6 inches. Limitation: the title says 2-tier, while the spec gives 3 shelves. The listing gives no weight capacity for the glides.
SpaceAid Bamboo Spice Drawer Organizer, 4-tier (B0BPNK9D83)
- The listing says: natural bamboo, 4 tiers, 17 inches long, expandable from 12 to 23 inches wide, 1.4 inches high.
- The listing says: the drawer must be at least 3 inches deep with jars in place. The bullet says this in capital letters.
- The listing says: the set holds up to 48 spice jars, and jars are not included.
- The listing says: the item weighs 16 ounces. The model number is XLCT-Cl-4C12.
- The listing’s spec gives the mounting as “In Cabinet,” while the product is a drawer insert. Read the bullet, not the field, when you check fit.
Skip if your drawer is shallower than 3 inches. Limitation: the MIUKAA listing below gives a deeper drawer requirement for a similar insert, so check your drawer against both figures.
LAMU 2-Tier Lazy Susan Spice Organizer (B0CS3FBC6W)
- The listing says: clear plastic, 9.25 inches in diameter, 7.7 inches high, 2 tiers, and 15.84 ounces.
- The listing says: the two tiers are joined by metal rods, and high-quality ball bearings let the unit turn 360 degrees.
- The listing says: the raised 1-inch edge is built in to hold items on the tray.
- The listing says: two sets can be stacked into a 3-tier unit, and no tools are needed for assembly or removal.
- The listing says: the maximum weight recommendation is 33 pounds. It does not say whether that applies to each tier or to the whole unit.
Skip if you need a straight shelf rather than a turntable, or if your cabinet is narrower than 9.25 inches. Limitation: the listing says it is clean with water, and it does not state the plastic type beyond “plastic.”
Moforoco White 9-Tier Over-the-Door Pantry Organizer (B0BX7PKKKQ)
- The listing says: metal, white, 4.9 inches deep, 15.3 inches wide, 74.8 inches high, with 9 tiers. The overall height after installation is 6.2 feet.
- The listing says: it hangs over a door with no tools or drilling. The package includes hardware.
- The listing says: the shelf weight capacity is 5 pounds, with no split between a single shelf and the whole unit.
- The listing says: the item weighs 8.8 pounds and carries a 2-year warranty.
- The listing says: the recommended use is cookware, and the room types are kitchen and laundry room.
Skip if you need the shelves to bear heavy jars, or if your door is not a standard size. Limitation: the 5 pound figure is ambiguous, and the recommended use is cookware rather than spices.
Copco 3-Tier Spice Rack Organizer for Cabinet (B0036OQU56)
- The listing says: plastic, white and gray, 15.16 inches deep, 9.06 inches wide, 3.54 inches high, with 3 step shelves.
- The listing says: no assembly is required, and the unit fits in a cabinet or on a countertop.
- The listing says: each tier has a non-skid lining. Each shelf is about 2.75 inches deep.
- The listing says: the item weighs 14.24 ounces. The model number is 2555-0188.
- The listing says: the recommended uses are clothing, cosmetics, kitchen and spice.
Skip if you need a weight figure, because the listing gives none. Limitation: one bullet says “15 W x 9 D x 3 H,” which conflicts with the spec’s depth and width, so measure your own space.
GOENDR 3-Tier Expandable Metal Spice Organizer (B0FN415QMQ)
- The listing says: black powder-coated metal, 3 tiers, 9.25 inches deep, 16.1 inches wide, 5.5 inches high. The width expands to 29.5 inches.
- The listing says: each tier is 2.55 inches deep, and the shelf weight capacity is 5 kilograms. The bullet says each tier holds up to 5 kilograms.
- The listing says: the package includes the rack, screws and a stand.
- The listing says: the recommended use is spices, and the room types are bathroom, kitchen and pantry.
- The listing says: the spec gives mounting as tabletop, while a bullet says the rack mounts on walls. The two conflict.
Skip if you need a wall-mounted unit, because the spec and the bullet disagree on mounting. Limitation: the listing gives no instructions for the wall mount, and the spec does not list one.
MIUKAA Clear Acrylic Spice Drawer Organizer, 4-tier, 2-set (B09K7CVJ89)
- The listing says: transparent acrylic, 4 tiers, expandable from 13 to 26 inches. The title says 2 sets, and the package field says 8 pieces.
- The listing says: each piece is 13 inches long, 4.5 inches wide and 1.7 inches high. It holds up to 56 4-ounce spice jars with the tiers slanted for view.
- The listing says: the drawer’s depth must be greater than 4 inches. No tools are needed, and the insert is cleaned with mild soap and water.
- The listing says: the shelf weight capacity is 14 pounds. The item weighs 2.4 pounds.
- The listing says: the recommended use is cookware, and the mounting field reads “drawer organizer.”
Skip if your drawer is 4 inches deep or less. Limitation: the SpaceAid drawer insert above says 3 inches. These two listings disagree on how deep the drawer must be, and this guide does not choose between them.
Oizeir Clear Acrylic 3-Tier Spice Rack (B0D7NZQ86G)
- The listing says: plastic, transparent, 4 inches deep, 10.4 inches wide, 4 inches high, with 3 tiers.
- The listing says: no assembly is required, and two racks are in the pack.
- The listing says: mounting is countertop, and the deep shelf has a 360-degree ledge that holds items in place.
- The listing says: the item weighs 1.01 kilograms. The recommended uses are food, jars, bottles and cosmetics.
- The listing gives no weight capacity.
Skip if you need a cabinet mount or a rack deeper than 4 inches. Limitation: the listing gives countertop mounting only, and it gives no weight figure.
Where the listings disagree
Two listings give different drawer depths for similar inserts. The SpaceAid drawer insert requires a drawer “at least 3 inches deep” with jars in place. The MIUKAA insert requires a drawer “greater than 4 inch” deep. Both figures come from the listings, and this guide shows both. If your drawer is between 3 and 4 inches deep, the two listings give different answers, and the listing data does not settle the question.
The mounting field also differs from the bullets in two places. The GOENDR spec says tabletop, while a bullet says the rack mounts on walls. The SpaceAid drawer spec says “In Cabinet,” while the product is a drawer insert. In both cases, the bullet describes the product more fully than the spec. Check the mounting before you buy, and do not assume the spec is complete.
Buying checklist
- Choose the space first: a cabinet with a door, a drawer, a counter, or a turntable on a shelf.
- Measure the opening and the depth you need. The DABIGE listing gives a minimum of 12 by 11 by 5 inches. The SpaceAid pull-out gives 12 inches tall and 10.60 inches deep.
- For a drawer, measure its depth and compare it with both drawer figures in the listings above.
- Check the weight line. Five listings state a figure, and none of the five says clearly whether it applies per shelf or to the whole unit.
- Confirm the count. The DABIGE title says 3 packs, and its package field says 1 top basket.
- Confirm the mount. Only the spec, the bullet or both may describe it, and they do not always agree.
If your question is about a shelf above the counter rather than a cabinet insert, see our guide to spice organizers for a shelf. For a drawer that holds many jars, our guide to spice drawer organizers covers the same question from a different angle.
Mistakes to avoid
- Buying a pull-out without measuring the cabinet. The DABIGE listing says it is not suitable for a framed cabinet at the edge, and it requires a minimum size.
- Assuming one drawer figure applies to every insert. The SpaceAid listing says 3 inches and the MIUKAA listing says more than 4 inches.
- Treating a lazy Susan’s 33 pound figure as a shelf load figure. The LAMU listing gives 33 pounds as a recommended maximum and does not say whether it applies per tier.
- Trusting a single dimension. The Copco bullet gives 15 by 9 by 3 inches, while the spec gives 15.16 inches deep and 9.06 inches wide.
- Counting shelves from the title. The SpaceAid pull-out title says 2-tier, while its spec says 3 shelves.
- Using the over-the-door unit for spices alone. The Moforoco listing recommends cookware, and it gives 5 pounds per shelf or total with no way to tell which.

What we could not verify
- We did not verify weight capacity for five of the ten products, because their listings state none.
- We did not verify which drawer depth is correct for a 3 to 4 inch drawer. The two listings disagree, and the listing data does not settle it.
- We did not verify the warranty length for the DABIGE unit beyond the listing’s own wording.
- We did not verify cleaning or material claims beyond the wording on each listing, such as “easy to clean” or “rust proof.”
- The CPSC anchoring report we opened covers how furniture is anchored to walls. It does not cover counter, drawer or cabinet spice organizers, so we do not cite it for this post.
Dimensions, in plain terms
A spice organizer is only useful if the jars fit the part of the rack they sit on. The listings give depth in different ways. The Zri Bamboo listing gives a shelf depth of 2.28 to 2.56 inches. The GOENDR listing gives 2.55 inches per tier. The MIUKAA listing gives a piece size of 13 by 4.5 by 1.7 inches. These are not the same measure, so compare each one with the part of the rack your jars sit in.
Width is the other common mistake. Several listings give a range rather than one width, such as Zri Bamboo at 12.70 to 22.20 inches and GOENDR at 16 to 29.5 inches. A range helps only if your space falls inside it. The SpaceAid drawer insert says it expands from 12 to 23 inches wide, and the MIUKAA insert says 13 to 26 inches. Measure the drawer or cabinet width, then choose the range that covers it.
Bottom line
Pick the space first, then match the listing’s stated size and mount to it. Where two listings disagree on depth, measure your drawer and check both figures before you buy.
FAQ
What size cabinet does a pull-out spice organizer need?
It depends on the listing. The DABIGE listing requires a cabinet at least 12 inches high, 11 inches deep and 5 inches wide. The SpaceAid pull-out suggests 12 inches tall and 10.60 inches deep. Measure your own interior and compare it with the figure in the listing you choose.
How deep does a drawer need to be for a spice insert?
The two listings disagree. The SpaceAid drawer insert requires at least 3 inches with jars in place, and the MIUKAA insert requires more than 4 inches. We show both figures and do not pick one.
Can a spice organizer hold a lot of weight?
Only some listings say. The LAMU lazy Susan gives a 33 pound maximum recommendation, the GOENDR rack gives 5 kilograms per tier, MIUKAA gives 14 pounds, and Zri Bamboo gives 14.4 ounces. The others give no figure, so do not assume one.
Do spice organizers need tools to install?
It depends on the model. Copco 3-Tier, Oizeir and the LAMU lazy Susan say no assembly or tools are needed. SpaceAid says it includes hardware and a screwdriver, and the pull-out needs assembly.
Why do the depth figures differ between listings?
They measure different things. The Zri Bamboo listing gives a shelf depth of 2.28 to 2.56 inches, the GOENDR listing gives 2.55 inches per tier, and the MIUKAA listing gives a piece depth of 4.5 inches. Compare each figure with the part of the rack your jars sit in.
Which spice organizer suits a counter?
The Oizeir listing gives countertop mounting and a 4-inch depth. The Zri Bamboo listing gives countertop or under-cabinet mounting. The LAMU lazy Susan gives a 9.25-inch diameter, and its mount is not stated.
